This residential project in Alken involved the construction of 14 apartments and three terraced houses, all utilizing efficient timber-frame construction. MBS was responsible for the entire process, including the production, delivery, and on-site installation of all the timber-frame elements. A notable highlight of the project was the incredibly fast assembly phase, where the three terraced houses were erected in a mere five days. Following the timber-frame installation, masonry façade cladding was added, completing these new homes.
