We are incredibly proud to have partnered with VZW Braamrakkertjes to deliver their new daycare facility. Our integrated approach, from initial demolition and groundwork to the swift assembly of the prefabricated timber-frame structure and comprehensive interior and exterior finishing, allowed us to complete the new building within just one week on-site, providing a beautiful and functional space for children.
Project Overview
We successfully constructed the new De Braamrakkertjes daycare center, utilizing prefabricated timber-frame construction. The project began with the complete demolition of the existing building, followed by the execution of sewerage works and basement preparation. The choice of prefabricated timber-frame elements proved highly efficient, enabling the assembly of the entire new building to be completed within a single week. MBS was responsible for both the exterior facade finishing, which features distinctive vertical Padouk slatted cladding, and the complete interior outfitting. This new daycare center is an initiative of De BraamRakkertjes Vzw and operates as part of the Zorggroep H. Hart from Kortrijk, conveniently located at the foot of the Kluisberg in the municipality of Ruien.
