We're proud to be Center Parcs' trusted partner for rapid, high-volume holiday home construction. Our ability to produce and assemble homes at a rate of one per day, including demo models and turn-key options, was crucial for the ambitious renovation of Center Parcs Eifel. We’ve not only delivered 80 units for Phase 1 but are also thrilled to complete an additional 30 homes in 2025, demonstrating our commitment to efficient, large-scale, and flexible solutions for the leisure sector.
Project Overview
We were significantly involved in the expansion and renovation of Center Parcs Eifel in Gunderath, Germany. This ambitious project, undertaken for Group Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs, involves the rapid production and assembly of high-quality holiday homes.
Phase 1 commenced with the production of a demo bungalow in MBS's Genk facility in early September 2022. Subsequently, 80 holiday homes were produced and assembled at an impressive rate of one house per day, enabling Center Parcs to reopen the renovated park by the end of May 2023. MBS's expertise in delivering both shell and turn-key options highlights their flexible capabilities.
Building on this success, Phase 2 of the project has now been completed. In the first half of 2025, MBS was commissioned to produce and assemble an additional 30 holiday homes (10 sets of 3 units) at this unique location.
This project underscores MBS's strong track record with Center Parcs, following previous successful deliveries of 401 holiday homes at Park Allgäu, 115 3D extension units for De Eemhof in the Netherlands, and 250 energy-efficient villas for Terhills holiday park in Belgium. MBS's ability to produce timber-frame houses in its own workshop ensures efficiency and quality for large-scale leisure developments.
