We are proud to showcase the efficiency and sustainability of our prefabricated timber-frame solutions with the Hechtel-Eksel residential project. By pre-installing windows and doors during production, we significantly reduced on-site assembly to mere days, delivering a total of twelve individual homes that not only meet the E60 energy standard but exemplify rapid, high-quality construction.
Project Overview
The residential development in Hechtel-Eksel was strategically planned and executed in two distinct phases, with each phase encompassing the construction of six individual homes. These residences were efficiently built using prefabricated timber-frame construction elements, a method that remarkably limited the on-site assembly time to just a few days per phase. A key to this speed was the integration of windows and doors directly into the prefab elements during their production, allowing for a swift transition to the finishing work, which involved a combination of traditional façade brick and wood. Importantly, all homes within this project meet the stringent E60 energy standard, highlighting their high level of energy efficiency.
