Project Overview
Herent's New Administrative Centre (NAC) is a newly constructed office building designed for functionality, flexibility, and exceptional energy efficiency. The building's core structure is concrete, against which MBS's prefabricated timber components were precisely assembled. The exterior was subsequently finished with a variety of aluminum and Eternit panels, contributing to its modern aesthetic. A key focus of the project was minimizing energy consumption, achieved through a robust layer of insulation material, a high level of airtightness, and several other innovative energy-saving solutions.
