Project Overview
A new residential complex consisting of five single-family homes was developed on the Kleiveld site – Proefbosstraat in Hoeselt. These cube-shaped houses achieve a consistent aesthetic through recurring elements, including their windows and choice of materials. Timber-frame construction was strategically selected for the components, primarily due to its rapid assembly benefits. The exterior finish of these homes features a contemporary combination of dark brick and timber, contributing to their distinctive modern appearance.
