The VPark eco-housing project in Houthalen-Helchteren saw the construction of eight new modern, energy-efficient, and spacious homes. Each house in the development boasts its own distinct character, complemented by varied façade finishes. These dwellings, featuring sloping roofs, were built on plots spanning approximately 500 m² and consist of three floors, offering a total habitable area of around 200 m² per unit. The exterior finishes incorporate grey facing brick and white plastering, alongside cedar wood planks used on parts of the façades and for the carports. In addition to a carport, each property is equipped with a garden shed.
