A new floor was added to the existing Fashion Point buildings to create additional living space. This residential complex now features five exclusive lofts and four luxury apartments, each offering two to three bedrooms and spacious terraces. The extension was constructed using a timber frame, chosen as a lightweight method perfectly suited for this upward expansion. The on-site work involved assembling prefabricated components, allowing the lofts to be completed very quickly. During the design phase, significant attention was given to ensuring top-quality insulation, incorporating solar control glass, and implementing automatic ventilation systems.
