Project Overview
In Monfoort, a significant sustainable renovation project saw 10 out of a total of 92 homes upgraded to achieve an impressive A++ energy rating. The renovation design strictly followed Active House principles, aiming to strike a perfect balance between energy performance, indoor climate, and environmental considerations.
Each property received a new, highly insulated envelope, which, combined with natural ventilation, solar energy utilization, and advanced energy and climate control technology, resulted in outstanding energy performance levels. Beyond energy efficiency, the renovated homes also benefit from increased living space, an abundance of natural light, and a significantly more comfortable and healthy indoor climate for their residents.
